Why Late Night Dining in Toronto Is Hard to Find

The economics don't favour it. Staffing a full kitchen past 10PM is expensive, and most restaurants aren't willing to do it properly. So they close early or switch to a bar menu — a handful of appetizers that don't come close to a real meal. We made a different choice. If you're going to be open late, be open properly.
